Being location-independent is great… in theory. You get to travel the world, live where you want, and have new experiences each day. On the flipside, however, it’s lonely and stressful, and often leaves you isolated from the places you live.
In this piece I explore what it takes to be happy as a digital nomad – whether that’s having the right stuff with you, adjusting your expectations, or even staying still sometimes. It’s a question I always feel digital nomad types don’t address often enough.
