The thirty-fifth issue of Neon was published at the beginning of this month. It features the work of Jenny Gray, Jack Brodie, Noel Sloboda, Sarah Greenfield Clark, Nicole Cloutier, Derek Adams, Deborah Sellers, and Annette Volfing. The cover image is by Imran Khan. As ever it can be downloaded for free in a number of different formats, or ordered in print for just £2.50 plus p&p.
Issue thirty-four is also still available. Therein are stories and poems by Sam Frankl, Eliza Victoria, Lynn Hoffman, Tracey Iceton, Michael Frazer, Kate Folk, Heidi James, and Nancy Hightower. The cover photograph is by Andrew Shoemaker.
Over the course of these last two issues I’ve been experimenting with new software like Gumroad and Scribus, which has resulted in some interesting changes to the magazine. Readers can now choose to set their own price for the digital editions of the magazine as well downloading it for free and donating later. Submissions are currently open for the next issue, due in November.
